Better Than We Found It Guarantee: We will always leave our work areas clean, organized, and better than we found it. If not, we will send a cleaning crew to your home at no cost.
Our Responsibility Guarantee: If the compressor or heat exchanger fails within the first 5 years, that means we did something wrong and will come out and replace the unit for free.
Grimes’ No Surprise Pricing Guarantee: When we give you a price, no matter what it’s for, we guarantee that price. No surprises.
We have your back Guarantee: If we installed a system within the last 3 years and a replacement part takes more than 48 hours to retrieve, Grimes will pay for you and your family to stay in a hotel until we can get your system back up and running.
