Here’s what sets us apart:- Affordable Service Plans: At $175 per year, our service plan includes two HVAC maintenance visits, one plumbing visit, and a complimentary water test.
- Filters: Instead of carrying filters on service calls, we’ve chosen to focus on providing efficient and thorough maintenance. With the vast variety of filter sizes available today, it’s a logistical challenge to stock and transport every type, which could take time away from delivering the best service possible. Instead, we offer a convenient and cost-effective option: a two-year supply of filters delivered directly to your door at cost. This allows you to always have the right filters on hand, and when you combine this with our service plan pricing, it’s still more affordable than HB’s previous offerings.
- Service Area: Our service area remains largely the same as HB Home Services, covering most of Maryland. The only exception is that we do not service certain parts of Baltimore City. Otherwise, you can expect the same coverage and reliable service for your home’s needs.
